Rika Bernkastel from Umineko /Higurashi???
I don't know which Bernkastel I was trying to draw and I ended up drawing a cross between both XD.
And yes, I first drew it in red pencil crayon (EPIC FAIL) on the bus so the drawing and quality is crappy -_-
